Everyone I had contact with from making the first appointment, through the consultancy and surgical operation, to the lady who sorted me out with a cup of tea and a biscuit post op were professional, efficient, polite and friendly. The result of the operation is absolutely fantastic. After nearly forty years of wearing glasses and contact lenses the ability to just get up and go (with perfect eyesight) is genuinely life changing.
